Warranty Registration

Hathaspace products come with a 2-5 year limited warranty from the date purchased. All goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Have an issue? We will gladly repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, free of charge.

This guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, loss of the unit, unauthorized repair, improper handling, or products purchased from an unauthorized retailer and distributor. This warranty will not cover consequential damages. 

Hathaspace's policy is to honor product warranties only on products purchased directly from Hathaspace or from authorized Hathaspace resellers, and only if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our US purifiers are designed to operate at 110V-120V. If you use our US purifiers in a country that uses 220V-240V and a power issue results, this will not be covered by our warranty.
